I thoroughly enjoyed working with Brian. He responded to all of my questions and, as a first-time home buyer, provided alot of good tips, recommendations and feedback on things I should take into consideration when going through this process. He has a great understanding of the market and the recent changes it's been going through; which, even if it was something I didn't want to hear, I needed to know and understand if I wanted to get into a house! Brian was awesome!

I found Brian on line and I read his reviews from other buyers and for some reason I knew he would be the one helping me find and buy my dream home. I left a message with him letting him know I wanted to meet with him. He called me right back and we talked for about a good 45 mins to 1 hour and at that point I knew he was the one. Brian is most wonderful. The house I am buying is a house he picked out for me. It was not on any of the list he sent to me because he wanted to show me that he knew what I was looking for. It was the very last house we looked at and when I seen this house I knew this would be the home I would love and live a lifetime in...and this was just from the outside of the house. Guess what, I got the house. My faith in Brian came from the very first time I heard his voice and he did not disappoint me at any time. This is my first time buying a house and with Brian on my side I did not feel any worry, pressure, or fear. This man made me feel as if I was his only client and I will always cherish him for that. He was with me from the very beggining to the very end and he knew what he was doing the whole time. I could not have asked for a better agent to represent me. I will thankhim for a very long time to come and I will always invite him into my home. This man was completely professional, knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and the most important thing to me is his patience. I am the type of person who will panic at the drop of a dime, but Brian was so cool and professional that he would talk me off the ledge..lol, by my just hearing his voice letting me know everything was going to be just fine and it was because I am purchasing my dream home and it is ALL becasue of Brian. Thank you Brian and anyone who chooses you as the agent is a really lucky person and I know they will be as happy as I am right now. YOur name will always be the one and only name that leave my lips if someone is looking to buy a home...you will always have my number one vote.

Brian was very diligent throughout the entire shopping and purchasing process. We were first-time home buyers, so everything was new to us. From my perspective, here are some standout items: 1. Real estate documents: Brian made sure that all the documents were promptly handled both on our side (buyers) and the sellers side. He also took great care in explaining all the documents to us. Further, there were a couple points in the process where we needed more time to make a decision, and Brian worked with the sellers to make sure we had enough time. Also, when we were making offers, he would prepare all the offer documents for us immediately (even on weekends), which was critical because the neighborhoods we were looking in were very competitive. Also, all the documents were handled electronically, which sped everything up. 2. Working with sellers for repair completion: We had requested some repairs, and Brian made sure they were all completed on time. I think he had to do quite a bit work with the sellers to make sure this happened. 3. Drove the process to finish on time: The whole process finished on time, and so from our perspective, we saw no delays from the sellers, title company, or anyone else. I strongly recommend Brian to anyone shopping for a home!
