Tim was always willing to come out and show new listings in todays fast moving market with minimal notice. The house we closed on came on the market at 10:00am and we were there to see it at 12:00 and have an offer in shortly after. He was there for me, with open ears. He was very professional, had a vast amount of local knowledge and was dedicated to what he does. All in all a great experiance, I would recommend him to my friends.

Tim was wonderful to work with. He is forthright and patient. We were first time homebuyers and Tim let us take our time to make our decision. He did not try to push us into a house just to make a sale. In fact, he often told us to not buy a house just to buy a house! That if there is any doubt, it wasnt the right house for us. I would definitely recommend Tim to anyone.
