Tim Cares about his cleints! As first time buyers we were taking everything as it came; Tim was right by our side directing, giving advice and making sure we understood what was going on every step of the way. He was almost very responsive to our request to see houses, we we're a demanding couple but Tim was able to accomidate our demands and found us the perfect house.

I took a long time finding the right place for my mom. Tim stayed with me the whole way taking time to understand what I was looking for. Tim kept me informed of the market conditions in the neighborhood I was looking and provided sales history to help me get the right price for Mom's home. Tim helped me through the closing which was not easy as I was a remote buyer. He also continued to help me even after the closing.
