My wife and I were immediately impressed by Bryan the first time we met and week over week he exceeded our expectations and set the bar higher and higher. Bryan's knowledge, professionalism, attentions to detail, dedication, responsiveness, trustworthiness, communication skill, and negotiation skills are exceptional. Bryan provided excellent background information on all of the homes we were interested in. At the end of the day, my family and I found a home that we completely love all thanks to Bryan.

Bryan was extremely responsive, and helped me jump on the condo that I was looking for. He was very flexible, and was often able to show a condo with minimal (sometimes 20 minutes) notice. When the condo I wanted came on the market, we were able to get an offer in and accepted before the first open house, and closed 20 days later, which is extremely quick! Zip's online signing made the process a lot easier

Without Bryan, I could not have been able to get this property. I was out of country on vacation shortly after I got into the contract. Bryan basically was handling on my behalf all the communications with my lender, seller's agent and lender. He also helped arrange inspections, and ordered the repair work needed for my loan. He himself even did some of the work, without charge, to meet the loan deadline, which was just only one example. I was completely satisfied.
