If I could give six stars for an extra special job, I would. Mansur was the consummate professional, making sure of details, communicating with everyone, not forgetting anything and always right on top of things. He has such strong networking skills and that really helped in this transaction and this competitive market. Often, we had to move fast and he did and prepared me ahead of time to help me move fast as well. I was never in the dark, he kept me well informed on progress of our offers. He also did not rely solely on the past market or his past experiences, because this market is unusual. Finally, he is a people person, easy to work with and not adding to the stress of the situation. I highly recommend him for an investor or first time buyer.

I won't try to work with him anymore. Twice I have contacted him this year and each time he promised to get back with me or send me some info and hasn't done it. Not very professional.

Mansur was able to find us a home within our expected schedule. He was able to negotiate with listing agents effectively and was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process of purchasing our first home. He was incredibly responsive to any of our communications, requests and concerns. The best part about working with an agent like Mansur is that he was always on our side and no matter how many questions or concerns we had, he was always there to answer and resolve them.
