My wife got in touch with this Realtor for a house we are interested in, to schedule an appointment. Doris went into my ziprealty account and deleted all my personal saved searches and created one with her name and contact information.
She also canceled the appointment we had scheduled without giving us any notice. If my wife wouldn't have called to confirm, we would have driven all the way up to the house, just to be let down. She is extremely rude and honestly I'm not sure why she is in a customer facing job with her attitude.

I left messages on her voicemail and emailed her a day before her scheduled appointment to re confrim her appointment because I made an appointment with the seller for home tour. She never responded and then called me 45 minutes before the scheduled showings. This property is 1 hour drive. I told her I cancelled the appointment because I never heard from her. She got upset and wrote a nasty review. I also updated her search criteria per her instructions. I apologized for the confusion.
