I've been looking at real estate for years, always wanting to buy but never thought I could. When Jon first called me, I was hesitant about looking at places, although fun, didn't seem feasible. Jon put my in touch with an outstanding lender who told me I was pre-approved, and Jon talked me through my apprehensions. After that, the process was interesting and educational, and we had a lot of fun looking at some of the not so great places with Jon (one with a chicken walking around the sidewalk!). I value his opinion and trust him knowing that he only has good intentions and wants the best for me. I depended on his knowledge about the market and was grateful to have him to ask questions to and guide me through good/bad areas for houses and the buying process. Jon was great, a true asset to me in my purchase, and really who I owe my purchase to. I couldn't and wouldn't have done it without him! I will definitely use him again and refer everyone I know to him.
