It has been my and my wife's pleasure to have worked with Linda in the purchase of our property. She has had experience not only the in the purchase and sale of homes, but her vast background in many aspects of the home building trade helped in many ways. We were very impressed by her professionalism and the experienced input she offered on the choosing and purchasing of our property.
As we initially looked at possible properties she asked many questions to better understand our goals and what kind of home we were searching for. We have built multiple times in the past and in because of this we were probably more choosey than needed, but Linda showed patience in our home search and not even once did we sense that she wondered about the seriousness of our search.
If we ever purchase another home in the Utah County area, Linda is the first person we will speak with. Her background and knowledge of the area is immense and her services and advise are first class.

The only thing I would say is that I would not do a limited agent situation again if I had it to do over. I would have gotten another agent. It just seemed it was too difficult at times for one person to adequately represent both sides. But given the circumstances Linda did a great job.
