First, Will Garner provided prompt house tour services, he showed us almost all houses in Saratoga area. Second, Will provides the reasonable buying price for us to get the seller's agreement. Third, Will helped settling down the issues during the close. Forth, Will provided all needed phone numbers to change the activate the water, gas, electricity and garbage collection. My experience with Will was awesome. We looked at multiple condos, townhouses, and wound up closing on a house. He walked me through all of the steps -- inspections, contracts, everything. He gave honest opinions on what he thought of each property. He was super-flexible about meeting times (sometimes even late evenings) and was always on time even with short notice. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest, I'd rate him at 11. If you're looking to buy a property, he's got your back 100%.
