Will was INCREDIBLY helpful in purchasing my first home. He took me to see several houses in the area before we settled on one, and he was very accommodating to my schedule. Once we found a property that I was interested in, Will prepared a very comprehensive comparison report for me, showing what other homes had sold for in the area, how large they were, and how they compared to the one I was considering. Not only did he have a paper report of the homes, but he had been to many of them in person, so could tell me the particulars of the comparable homes that were not listed on the MLS. He knows the area SO well! He really helped me know how much to offer based on a variety of factors I would not have thought of. Once we did offer, his negotiation skills were excellent, and we ended up getting the home for under listing, which, in this market, is a huge feat! The original list price of the house was $2.4 million, and Will ended up getting the property for me for under $2 mil. With his help, I got an amazing home for an amazing deal. I have always heard people talk about how horrible the process of buying a home is - especially their first home! - but Will made it very easy, walked me through every step of the way, and made the process actually enjoyable instead of stressful.
