Once more Gordana Belsa demonstrated her professionalism and knowledge when it comes to real estate transactions by guiding us through the sale of our property with excellent results in a very short period of time. We have purchased a few properties with the assistance of Gordana but never sold a property before, therefore we did not know what to expect. We had many questions and concerns regarding the market and Gordana skillfully guided us through the process. We have known Gordana for some years and became really good friends, so when we decided to sell our property we immediately asked Gordana for her "motherly advice" as she likes to call it. As always, Gordana was honest and patient. She gathered all the necessary information and helped us manage expectations. Once the property was put on the market, we had a contract in just over a week and closed in less than a month.
