I rate Woody's strengths as excellent in all of the following categories. He is very professional regarding all of these items and most important is his honesty in coaching his clients on issues that may not be to his advantage. One more thing I would like to say is that everytime I asked Woody a question regarding the status of an item he already was on top of it like we were his only client. I would gladly recommend Woody to all my friends.

Woody is great! We were randomly assigned to Woody through the Zip website, and had no idea at the time fortunate we were! He was so helpful throughout the process and helped us immediately to focus our home search. He was very patient (he even seemed to enjoy our child - under the age of two - toddling around with us to all the houses!), and very flexible/accommodating with his schedule, making sure to get us into to see houses as soon as they hit the market (which is essential these days!). Woody was encouraging and informative without being pushy. We can honestly say that without Woody our offer would most likely not have been accepted. There were other offers on the table that were higher than ours, but, based on Woody's conversations with the her, the listing agent/seller connected with Woody and trusted that he would help the transaction go smoothly, so she went with our offer. Even the escrow officer spoke highly of Woody, remembering him from other transactions she had done with him in the past. He has clearly established a positive reputation within the real estate community which is important. When the inspection turned up some possibly significant issues, Woody was sure to help us investigate them to the fullest, never glossing them over or hoping we wouldn't notice in fear that they would affect the transaction. Throughout the whole process we truly felt like he had our best interest in mind. In fact at some points he seemed more excited for us than we were! There are lots of other examples of the great work that Woody (and his wife who helped chase around our baby during the inspection!) does, but hopefully this review (and the others on here) help give you an idea that you are in good hands with Woody.

Woody was great! He has a true passion for his career and very professional. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Woody worked very hard to find the perfect place! He was flexible with our schedules, always prompt, and made sure he went out of his way to make the whole process as easy as possible. We would highly recommend to any one who is looking for someone with knowledge of the area, industry, and to making their home purchase enjoyable!
