I have been working with Marjorie since late Feb( looking for our new home). We finally moving in to our ideal home in May. Marjorie is such a kind and trustworthy real estate agent. We are very pleased and thankful to have her as our agent. Because of her, we were able to get the house within a very reasonable price (If not for her, we probably offered at a much higher price- which would be a big loss for us). She's very encouraging even when we got discouraged from this crazy competitive market. I would highly recommend her to any one who is looking for a sincere, trustworthy, and kind real estate agent.

Marjorie's a very kind, patient, and trust worthy agent. I know i can trust her as a person and as a professional real estate agent. She's been very dedicated and resourceful in helping us to for a house to buy (as a first time home owner). We are in the process of waiting for the approval from the bank for a short sale house. So we are keeping our fingers crossed. Even though the market, in the area i'm looking into, is pretty tough and competitive, i know for sure we will be able to buy a house of choice with the help of Marjorie. We are very glad to have her as our real estate agent.
