I would and will refer friends and family to Ivy. Her experience and attention to detail really paid off in the way she negotiated the deal on our behalf. We have purchased quite a few homes over the years, and I think Ivy was our best realtor by far. She was great every step of the way, from selection of properties to view, making the offer, then taking care of all the details involved with closing on the home.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ivy was fabulous to work with! We could not have found a better agent. She put a lot of thought and energy in finding the right house for us. Ivy is very knowledgeable and experienced in real estate and the local areas and consistently gave us sound advice. My husband was commuting from out of state as we were looking which led to many last minute requests to see homes. Ivy was always available or had a plan to meet our time restraints. I just can't say enough about what a pleasure Ivy made this whole process and what a great resource she was. This is our fourth house to buy over the last 30 years and by far the best agent we have dealt with. I am recommending Ivy to everyone I can because she is a rare find.
We love our new home, it is the perfect balance of what my husband and I were each individually looking for. Ivy did not focus more strongly on one over the other of us. She helped us find what WE were looking for.

Ivy is such a delightful person to work with. She listened to us and heard what our requirements were. She worked night and day to find just the right home for us. She watched as we went to view each home, learning more and more what we wanted and very quickly came up with an excellent home. She also worked with a mortgage broker who made sure that we got our loan approved very quickly. We moved into our new home less than a month after contacting Ivy. She is a 10+, wonderful person, and has become a friend to us for life. You don't won't to lose this wonderful sales lady!

Ivy has spent numerous hours looking for homes for us and taking us to see many of the homes.
She is absolutely wonderful to be around and work with. Today, she found just the perfect home for us and we are looking forward to moving in.

We always felt that Ivy was a great advocate for us throughout the entire process from looking at houses to completing the myriad of paperwork required for closing the loan. Ivy Stanton was absolutely fantastic. I e-mailed an inquiry to her at 10:00 p.m. one evening last month prior to my relocation to Oregon and I received a response within 15 minutes. From that moment on, Ivy providing property listings based on my price range and interest in a very punctual manner. Upon my arrival in McMinnville Ivy had established appointments at four locations based on my budgetary, location and home configuration interests. We made an offer on one of those homes the third day after arriving in Oregon and I am most pleased to report we purchased the home.
