Jeff Linn is an excellent realtor! He is very well versed on the real estate market of Northern VA. I meet Jeff Sometimes May 2010, that's when I bought my house through him. Now I'm planning to buy my second property & he is helping me process. I Recommend anyone to Jeff as a Realtor with 100% confident & will be glad to have him on your side.

Jeff was a great agent with a great deal of patience which was great in our case. I was losing hope in finding the right house but he was very patient and prompt to answering any inquiries. We found our new home that we love. Thank you Jeff!

Jeff was a great agent overall. He has tricks for helping you keep track of which houses you've seen and your opinion of them...very important when you see more than a couple at once! He also had a great deal of patience...definitely a plus when working with us. Most importantly though, Jeff didn't hesitate to steer us away from houses with problems. Clearly, helping his clients make the right choice was more important than a quick sale.

It was a series of things, namely I felt my agent did not work for me and in my best interest; He was quick to accept Seller's conditions and terms and at times I felt as if I was doing his leg work. Jeff did not show me comps and what should have been a smooth transaction turned into a nightmare! My settlement date was postponed twice.
