It was very easy to work with Cindy. I have been looking for a home in the area I ended up buying from since 2009. The ease with the online search tool that Zip has, and the emails coming in over that time made it even easier to work with Cindy as well. When we saw what we wanted we simply reached out to her and started the process, and the process went very smooth with her assistance in all matters up to and including the actual closing.

Cindy helped me in all facets of finding and acquiring the property I wanted. She had been sending me emails with possible properties for over two years. I reviewed them just to keep abreast of what was available. When my previous house finally sold (after 2 1/2 years) there were a couple of properties which Interested me. Cindy was always responsive to my needs, and several times went above and beyond normal to help me. She stayed on top of the loan process with me, and kept me informed about what was needed. After the purchase, she even helped with overseeing my movers, and getting the furniture into the house. (I had to finish some business with the closing of the sale of my previous home.). I consider this above and beyond normal requirements, and am sincerely grateful to her for this service. I highly recommend Cindy to anyone considering buying and/or selling home properties.

Cindy was extremely helpful and professional throughout my entire time working with her. She is extremely dedicated and hardworking for benefit of her clients. We had and extremely rough go of it once I finally found a place that I wanted but Cindy's persistence as much as anything else is the reason that the deal was able to finally get completed. She was constantly calling/emailing/texting whomever she needed to in order to keep process moving forward and always was good about communicating with me as well. I'm more than satisfied with the service she provided me and would come back to her again if I ever reenter the housing market.

Cindy was always available to talk about anything and was able to explain things to me that I had questions about. Also, If she did not know the answer to something, she was quick to find out the answer for me. It was a pleasure to look at homes with her and she was knowledgeable of different neighborhoods so that I did not waste my time looking at homes where I would feel unsafe. Cindy was my saving grace buying this house. Without her, Bank of America would have scared me off. She was more than I could've asked for in an agent. If I had to rate her on a scale of 1-10, she'd get a 20. When the bank's inattenion to detail had me wanting to walk away and keep renting, Cindy stepped up and cleared up every issue, bird dogged every problem, and pretty much took care of eveything. Cindy was the best realtor we could have had! She completely went out of her way for us each step in our home hunting and buying process. We were looking at homes from Disputantia, Va clear up to Alexandria, Va because we were unsure of whee we wanted to buy. Cindy was VERY patient. When we finally found our home she even went out of her way and found us a storage facility to put our things in until we could close on the house. We even got a discount I might add! Cindy is very personable and just a joy to work with and we would reccommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sale a home. She truly cares!
