The ease with the online search tool that Zip has, and the emails coming in over that time made it even easier to work with Cindy as well. When we saw what we wanted we simply reached out to her and started the process, and the process went very smooth with her assistance in all matters up to and including the actual closing.

Cindy helped me in all facets of finding and acquiring the property I wanted. She had been sending me emails with possible properties for over two years. I reviewed them just to keep abreast of what was available. When my previous house finally sold (after 2 1/2 years) there were a couple of properties which Interested me. Cindy was always responsive to my needs, and several times went above and beyond normal to help me. She stayed on top of the loan process with me, and kept me informed about what was needed. After the purchase, she even helped with overseeing my movers, and getting the furniture into the house. (I had to finish some business with the closing of the sale of my previous home.).
