Greg is a wonderful realtor, knowing this business in and out. We've just closed on a property's short sale. It took almost a whole year to complete the sale dealing with the bank, the seller and HOA. I can't even imagine how much pain we've had to endure if it had not been for Greg' expertise and persistence. He was pushing forcefully until we arrived in the deal to our complete satisfaction. Greg is the broker who is always on the client's side. He never tried to fimalize the deal in expense of the client''s interests. I wish I've had such an agent to help me sell my current property. And, I should add that we don't even live in California - he managed to create a transparent document flow, huge work to do.

Being a first time homebuyer was a bit confusing, but Greg was a tru professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain how things worked; in addition, Greg provided useful suggestions. Greg was open to work with my schedule at all times, and after a year of searching we finally found out home. Greg, was very professional and that was one of the things we liked of him the best. Greg worked with us for a long time. We had use other agents but none of them were what we were looking for, until we happen to come across Greg.
