Mack was personable and friendly. Was willing to work with our crazy schedules. Tried to answer all our questions since this was our first house we had a lot of them. Would work with him again.

Overall we are happy with Mack's service as we finally got the short sale house that we put an offer for. It was nice that Mack was flexible with the timings. We could schedule for after 6 PM and/or weekends for touring different houses. His experience with short sales helped us as there were times when we thought we will not get the house at the listing price which was our offer price. Bank was hinting for higher price but Mack knew we will get it for the offered price. It took 5 months to close this short sale house and initial 3-4 months was very stressful as we wont hear from anything from anyone. It was as if nobody is looking at our file. Mack would send us an email once in 2 - 3 weeks to give us some status. He said later on after we closed the house he didnt contact us more frequently because he didnt want us to be stressed/worried. But we think we would have liked more frequent updates as no communication for weeks was stressful. We have another complaint about Zip rebate. We didnt get the rebate money at the end which was little disappointing . Zip realty wanted the amount to be mentioned in our HUD to get the rebate and our Bank said they cannot do that because zip will not give us the money at closing but will send us a check later. We could have got it towards closing cost but that process should have been done much earlier.

Mr. McKindley was extremely helpful. He stayed out till late hours of the evening showing us homes and he knew exactly what we were looking for. We were very limited on time for finding a new home and he helped us find the perfect home within days. We are very satisfied and we think of Mr. McKindley as a hard worker and a good friend.
