Working with Jan during my first home buying experience was very easy. Our experience was during the holidays and despite being a busy time of year she was still always available and kept me informed of progress step by step. She worked with the bank, title agency and the listing agent. Jan provided some helpful insight to the progress and made it easy to relax. Her knowledge of what to look for was helpful and not overbearing, she always made me feel like it was my home and my decision in the end.
