We called Michael on Saturday and he returned our call the same day and met us at the house on Sunday. We bid on the house the very same day, as did someone else. Had Michael not been so immediate with his reply and so flexible, we would not be the homeowners we are now. Michael was ready and available throughout our very expedited transaction and he had a smile the entire time. We could not be happier with our choice of Michael as our agent.
