Rhonda was alwAys timely with her communication and kept us completely informed during the process. She was thoughtful; she had snacks and drinks for our kids b/c she knew we would be riding around all day. She was very prepared as we had a very short time to see homes and I kept changing and adding the list; she was great!!!!
