Dan was the perfect person for me. He knows the market and quickly learned what we were looking for and focused on that. We were looking at a large range (inexpensive tear down to expensive turn key) and Dan brought the full range to us not just the expensive ones. In the negotiation Dan gave us great advice and fullfilled his dutiy as the buyers agent artfully allowing us to get a great price. Dan stayed with us through the entire process and even kept connected after the close. I will use hime again and refer him often.
