Frank was a joy to work with. Frank helped us get our house ready to sell with clear, credible information about how it would fit in on the local scene. When asked, Frank made suggestion for repairs and updates, which, I believe, paid off. Throughout the process, Frank was in close communication, offering relevant and factual information to help us make good decisions. When we had questions and concerns, Frank was always responsive. Frank was a Godsend. We liked him from the minute we spoke and he proved a great ally in our search for the right house. The last home we bought was 34 years ago so you could say we were a little rusty on the ins and outs, although we pretty much knew what our priorities were. Frank helped with the local knowledge we lacked and pointed out things we might have easily overlooked when viewing homes. He was a patient guide and advised us that there was a Fall season on the Cape, where homes not on the market in the Summer would become available. Based on his recommendation we returned in the Fall and ultimately found a property we liked. During the offer and counter-offer stage, Frank lent useful advice and we were able to conclude negotiations to our satisfaction with a minimum of back-and-forth. At that point Frank directed us to resources we would need to rely on to complete the transaction; In each case the people he recommended were responsive and provided good service, helping us complete inspections, retain an attorney and secure the financing we sought at a very competitive rate. He even helped us find an insurance broker who enabled us to obtain coverage at a rate that was a fraction of what our own insurance broker was able to offer. Through it all, Frank was a great communicator, passing information along between us and the seller's broker while keeping us all on schedule. We're glad we had him working with us and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property on the Cape. He made the entire experience a positive one.
