It was twenty years ago since my husband and I purchased our home and this was the first time we invested in another property. Needless to say we had a lot to learn and the process of purchasing property can be quite complex and a bit daunting.
Marivel made the entire process a very positive experience from start to finish. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and because of her great experience and knowledge is able to give very good advice and suggestions. Marivel was able to guide us through the various aspects of the transaction in such a way that we were learning a lot as we went along and also confident in our decision-making.
I feel very lucky that we had Marivel to work with and would recommend her highly to others. I plan on doing more business in the area and look forward to working with Marivel once again. Marivel is Marvelous!

It was a wonderful experience having Marivel as a real state agent, I need to say that she worked as hard as necesary to get job done and acomplished all my expectations, she really earn the five stars.
We went through a lot of dificulties due to uneficiency from people proccesing the loan but she was always one step ahead on the game.

Marivel, was wonderful!!! We knew we wanted to buy in Modesto So, we call Marivel to see if she would show us homes during the week we would be in town. On the day we arrived, Marivel had 4 houses for us to see that day! We saw 3-4 properties a day until we found the home we eventually purchased. After a few challenges with the lender we had to get new lender to complete the purchase and Marivel found us another lender, and the deal was closed within 2weeks!
