Marilyn was great! She stuck with me when the lenders were taking a absolute long time to close. She kept in touch with the lender and title company see if everything was moving smoothly. The house was a foreclosure. We went from a 203B to a 203K (there is a difference). When you choose a lender make sure they carry a 203K, just in-case you end up looking at a foreclose home. Otherwise, your qualifying/preapproving will take longer. She worked with me to choose the correct house for my amount of money. If she would see that a home would not work for me, she would advise to look at another home. The object is to be patience and don't go above what you cannot handle. Marilyn is very knowledgeable in her field. Thanks Marilyn!

She did not represent me properly. She is soft and eager to get the deal done rather than represent buyers need properly. I have to negotiate with her more than the sellers agent as she is not willing to put forth my demands to the seller, thinking my demands are too aggressive. She is definitely not a good buyer agent.

The buyer demanded the seller to pay $300.00 for a repair bill which was only $50.00 and threatened not to close on the day of closing. He was verbally abusive and totally disrespectful of woman.
