Marilyn was great! She stuck with me when the lenders were taking a absolute long time to close. She kept in touch with the lender and title company see if everything was moving smoothly. The house was a foreclosure. We went from a 203B to a 203K (there is a difference). When you choose a lender make sure they carry a 203K, just in-case you end up looking at a foreclose home. Otherwise, your qualifying/preapproving will take longer. She worked with me to choose the correct house for my amount of money. If she would see that a home would not work for me, she would advise to look at another home. The object is to be patience and don't go above what you cannot handle.
