I have been through several Real Estate transactions in the past. Have had many Agents tell me or promise certain things that never came to fruition. Joan is in comparison to the others on the Top. She is a 10 plus on a scale from 1 to 10.She stuck with the deal and helped hold others responsible when they strayed from the contract. Not only that but after the money was distributed from escrow she made the 30 day rent back and the other items such as dealing with the new buyers much easier on me. She worked very hard on this deal and is deserving of any benefits ECT that she receives, and plus some.
