Kim is an excellent agent. She listened to our needs and requests and THEN she promptly took the action to get our purchase done quickly. It was extremely important to us that our offer was presented to and accepted by the seller in a short time. Kim did everything that was needed to negotiate our deal, make a fair offer, get a signed contract, and fight for several concessions in a matter of hours. Any other agent without Kim's talent would have taken days or weeks to accomplish what she did in a few hours. Great work!
