Sandy Krumrine was not only professional but equally informative about the different Florida communities and information like HOA's and bonds, etc. She has always answered our emails and inquiries promptly. She made the whole experience very comfortable with her pleasant personality and knowledge of the community. We will definitely be spending more time with her in our search for our Florida home.
