As a first-time buyer, I had many questions, a great amount of trepidation, and Dreams larger than my bank account. Arlene was quick to understand what I needed,what I wanted and how to meld the two into a reality I could afford. She helped me to focus on the goal. Never did I feel talked down to because I was a novice.
