Dan is a great sweet person to work with. He is well experienced and most of has alot of patience. It was our first time looking to buy a home and went on many visits with Dan which was a great experience. As a first time home buyer, I definitely had jitters starting the process. One of my big concerns was that the broker would be pushy and possibly misleading in the hunt for a commission. My experience with Dan could not have been any farther from this, and my fears were assuaged very early on. Dan did not push at all, he was very flexible in scheduling and, most importantly in my opinion, he was candid in his opinion of every listing we viewed with him and trustworthy. Dan routinely told my wife and I that when we visited the right house we would know, and that we should be patient. He was right, and we were extremely pleased with him throughout everything. I give Dan my highest recommendation.

It???s ironic that I have a friend that is a real estate agent. I told him that I was purchasing a home. He told me that he recently was certified and would love to be my agent. Although I would love to support a friend; I did not leave Dan. I remember when Dan showed me the first home. After showing me the home we stood outside the house and I told him there was something not right with the house. He said to me ??? As soon as I saw you I knew this house was not for you.??? That made me realize that Dan was not out to sell me a house; he cares and wants to sell me a home. I am very pleased with Dan. Dan is not just a real estate sales person; he is a very honest and caring person. He gave me direction when I needed it. Whenever I needed to get a hold of him, I was always able to reach him. If I decided to purchase again in the future, Dan would be the person I call. And I most certainly would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a home.
