Mike was very responsive to our every request for viewing properties. Regardless of the neighborhood or area of the metroplex, he was always willing and able to deliver on our appointment requests. Our requirements were more specific to type/size of dwelling (min 1500 sqft, 2/br/ba, 2-gar, condo); than area of the city. So believe me when I say that we were all over the map -- from midtown Dallas, to Coppell, to Lewisville, to far North Dallas. By the way, the website was great for filtering on specific criteria, making our search much easier to find properties that met our must-haves.
The only reason I down-graded to 4-star, is because of unfortunate timing. Mike was sick on the day of our closing, and we felt (sort of) abandoned. It wasn't our 1st-ever closing, and there really was no reason we couldn’t handle it ourselves, so it wasn't as traumatic as it might have been otherwise. We understand not wanting to spread contagious illnesses. But as I stated, it was just unfortunate timing. I guess in this age of electronic communication, the human contact element is getting lost, and I personally, miss and regret that this is the new direction. Heck, we never even MET-in-PERSON our loan officer; and I only actually talked to her twice over the phone.
