Steve helped us both buy and sell our first home. He was happy to explain things on both sides of the process, and really had our best interests in mind. He spent the time to make sure we felt comfortable. When it came time to sell our home, Steve marketed it well and it sold in 2 days for more than our asking price. He answered all of our questions with much appreciated professionalism. Plus he is a genuinely nice guy with a good sense of humor. A pleasure to work with.
