Cher was an amazing agent from beginning to end. I gave her my list of must haves, and she guided me through the ups and downs of buying my first home. Cher is an amazing communicator, but my favorite thing was her list of things for me (and others) to do! Cher is VERY organized! Cher and I communicated frequently to cross off items on our list, and Cher certainly ensured that I followed up on the things I may have forgotten about in the craziness of the process. Not only did she follow up with me, but with others involved in the process from the bank to the seller. All I had to do was show up, she always had everything ready and waiting for me. Even at the very end, when things took a sharp turn into Oh CRAP, Cher was professional, full of ideas, and helped me to fix the problem. Cher knows what to do to fix any issue/problem I threw at her, and was knowledgeable enough to answer any question I gave her. Cher has great experience with all of the facets of the home buying process, and directed me to excellent resources for my home inspection, and repairs.
