This was our first time home shopping, so my husband and I had no idea where to start. I remember looking for houses on different websites and I ended up liking Zip Realty's because it was easier to use and better at personalizing it to what we were looking for. I saw a house I liked in Duvall and wanted to see it, but I wasn't even pre approved yet. You would think that a Real estate agent wouldn't want to take the time to show someone a home without a pre approval, but Brenda did. She was so kind and very informative, and I liked her right away. Months down the road my husband and I got pre approved and the house hunting began! Brenda was always there to show us a house and answer any questions we had. I would even text her or call her randomly to talk about a new house we found or about a house we recently looked at. We put an offer on a house but we didn't win the bid so we kept searching. Brenda was always so patient and comforting when I was getting anxious. Finally my husband and I agreed on a house we both liked and we put an offer on it. Brenda gave us great recommendations on what offer to put and they accepted! This house was a short sale and there was a Foreclosure date on it so we had no idea if we were going to get it. Brenda worked very hard and did everything in her hands to make the process easy and fast. There was a point at the end where we thought we wouldn't have enough time to close, but we did! We can't wait to move in to our new home! I have grown very fond of Brenda and have found a friend in her. I would recommend her to a family member or a close friend. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their real estate agent.

Brenda's guidance during our first home buying transaction was phenomenal. We started our home search at the beggining of October 2011 and when we started we had absolutely no idea what our dream home would be like. We saw a lot of new/old and small/big homes with Brenda. But she was always supportive and never compalined about our goal not being clear. She gradually helped us narrow down our scope by providing good insight into all the different types of home we were visiting. Her extensive experience in real estate business shows up in her attention to details while visiting different kinds of homes. Our home search continued well beyond 7-8 months, but Brenda was as patient as she has been on the day one and never pushed us to make a decision.
Finally, when we found the home we have been looking for Brenda was very proactive in making us familiar with the whole closing process and when to expect what. There were a few glitches due to our lack of understanding of the process but she was as professional as ever in handling things. We had to amend our sales contract a couple of times also get the appraiser's last minute compliance requests to meet, but Brenda went well beyond our expectations to make this process as painless for us as possible. I am very satisfied with her service and am pretty sure our home buying experience couldn't have been this good without her. As a first time home buyer we were under some stress when the closing process began but knowing that Brenda is on top things helped us relax on a lot of fronts. I will definitely recommend her to friends and would be very lucky to work with her in future as well.

Brenda Wilson is above and beyond what we could have expected from an agent. We knew nothing really about the process of finding a house to buy and Brenda let us know all the steps and she always let us know what to expect next and talked us through the whole experience.She kept us informed all along the way and made sure we umderstood everything we needed to know and also kept in close contact with the seller's agent to make sure everything would run smoothly. After it was done, she continued to make sure everything was as it said in the contract. She is so easy to talk to and 100% trustworthy. We could not have asked for a better agent. When we ran into problems along the way, she quickly got them resolved. No better agent than Brenda Wilson!

Nov 2004: I was living overseas and planned to retutn to the U.S to live. I only had to show up at the agreed upon times to view any house I wanted to see and when I chose the house I was to purchase, I only had to sign the papers required Brenda handled all the details. Brenda is awesome! Not only is she professional in every way, she meets your expectations beyond what you would think. She keeps in close contact with you and any emails she receives from those involved in the process she forwards to you, as well as the e-mails she sends to them! You will be able to tell quickly that she is at top of her game. You can see that she aims to please and help you find that special home to call your own. She walks you through the whole process and answers any questions you may have, explains everything you don't understand and is honest about the details. Because of her sharpness, she can pick out things in a home that you may want to catch in case it might make a difference, like if the floor is not level-even little things like that. She keeps you informed of what's to come next in the process and is there to encourage when you may get a bit impatient about that process. Brenda is not only the best in my opinion, but she is a great human being; honest, straight-forward, kind-hearted among many other great qualities and you get a sense that she really cares about your needs more than the paycheck. There is not enough I can say about Brenda.

As first time home buyers, we are extremely pleased with Brenda'a service. Her guidance right from negotiations helped us go through a successful close. She's been 100%+ punctual while showing us homes and was always prompt and thorough in responding to our questions and concerns. This was an REO property and there were some hiccups inbetween, but she always stood by our side and ensured that our earnest money was never at stake. The closing got extended by a week but her negotiating skills ensured that we don't get charged the seller's per deim fees.
