Nov 2004: I was living overseas and planned to retutn to the U.S to live. Brenda was thorough and helpful, prompt and courteous. I only had to show up at the agreed upon times to view any house I wanted to see and when I chose the house I was to purchase, I only had to sign the papers required Brenda handled all the details. Brenda kept me informed as the purchase transaction proceeded and kept my bank and I in constant contact.
