We are extremely unhappy with our experience with Matt. He was rarely on time for any of our meetings and was very difficult to get a hold of at important times during the purchase process. He was unavailable for the final walk through of our house and did not show up to deliver our keys at the agreed upon time. Instead, he left the keys unattended and unsecured at a location on our property without our permission. We only found out that he would not be delivering our keys when we contacted him 15 minutes after the agreed upon meeting time.
