Kathy is honest, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and really cares about her customers. I am impressed with her ability to see all the angles behind both home purchases and sales. There's a reason I asked her to help me sell when she was also the one who helped me buy. I would always use Kathy and would always recommend her.

This was my second time buying a house, and I learned so much more from Kathy, than I did with the purchase of my last home. She was there with me every step of the way, kept me informed, and made sure I was taken care of. Kathy made sure that I was priority #1. Kathy made sure all the bases were covered and all the boxes were checked off. Very thorough.

This was my first time selling a house and Kathy was so helpful. I learned a lot from her through this process. She made it very simple for me. She also was available pretty much any time I wanted to meet with her, or discuss various aspects of the buy/sell process.

Kathy went out of her way to make sure the right property is found for me. She is always there to answer any questions I have and take the time to explain the diffenent kinds of ownership types. Because I was buying in a retirement community, the ownership was not real estate but stocks. It was a very different type of property that I was not use to. Kathy was there for me all the way through. I would recommend her to all my friends.

Kathy was a wonderful advocate - the seller and their real estate representative tried to cut corners and add some surprises; however, Kathy carefully monitored the situation and assured the transaction would proceed to our satisfaction.
