Gavin was a wonderful real estate agent. He helped guide us through the entire process, answered all of our questions, and came up with so many options for us. If it wasn't for Gavin Fox we never would have known purchasing a BRAND NEW HOME was even an option for us! We were also incredibly impressed that everytime we had an appointment to go and look at houses Gavin picked us up from our old apartment. It may have been a small gesture and not a big deal to him, but to us this meant a lot, and really showed us how committed Gavin was to us. We are so elated with our new home, and we owe so much to Gavin!

On a personal note, I would like to add my thanks for the work Gavin undertook on our behalf since we met up in August. We were most impressed with choices of properties Gavin came up with that met our specific requirements and quite importantly came within our budget. Pam & I really appreciate how helpful Gavin had been, it really was far beyond anything we expected. Gavin made buying a second home from some 4300 miles away seem so easy and stress free. He also took our phone calls, which at times may well have been outside his normal working hours, and responding very quickly, if he couldn't give us an immediate answer, he is not the typical realtor,(estate agents as we know them in the UK) that you would come across in the UK. If we ever have the need to move or change properties in Orlando we would not think of using anyone else and you can be assured that we will recommend Gavin and ziprealty to anyone in the UK or anywhere else for thant matter.
