As a first-time home-buyer looking for a good investment property in a competitive market, I found Vince to be an excellent resource and guide throughout my several-month search. I always felt that he was looking out for my interests and not simply trying to close a deal; he was not hesitant to tell me when he felt an asking price was too high, or to encourage me to wait for a better deal.
