short answer: Dave exceeded our expectations, always accepted our emails and phone calls, followed up on every single question...nothing was ever an inconvenience for him. He provides excellent customer service... and here is the longer version...4 years ago we came out here on a mixed business/pleasure trip and fell in love with Red Rock Canyon! We had never seen beauty like that before and the weather was incredible. 2 years later we came out again, determined to purchase a home. We had a different realtor that we were assigned and, well, he was not organized and got our dates mixed up...long story longer it was not meant to be at that time. We went back home to Pennsylvania and changed agents - and are so grateful that, instead of giving up, we were assigned Dave. From the first phone call in October of 2010 until closing October 1, 2012 he was awesome. As you can tell, we were 'just looking' for a while! We came out to Vegas in June 2012, met Dave face-to-face finally and I said at that moment "I like you and I trust you - I know I can buy a house without being here". He met with us 3 times during our week here, and we saw 7 houses in that week. None of them came through and it did take until Septmeber to find THE ONE, and sure enough, we bought it sight unseen! We love it, and it is all thanks to Dave and his caring. We could have, and would have bought a different house if he were 'just a salesperson' - it would have been the wrong house and we would be stuck. We moved here from Pennsylvania so this was HUGE and Dave made our transition so much easier. He went to see the house after the sellers left, noticed some dirt patterns on the carpeting once the furniture was gone so he went so far as to rent a steamcleaner and try to clean the carpeting before we inspected the house! at his expense! and he boiled water to do it because the water heater was off. He replaced some valves on our sprinker system at his expense. that is just the icing on the cake so you understand the rating - it is TRUE and you will see for yourself if you are lucky enough to work with this man! He is more than a business associate, he is a friend. He never batted an eye when I called him and asked him to go check out a car for us. I later said nevermind, but he would have gone on his own time and used his own gas. He has recommended a handyman who has proven to be trustworthy and he didn't need to do that. He will give you as much assistance as you need and never make you feel like you are asking a dumb question. He works non-stop. He understands the importance of having the right neighborhood, and whether you are moving across the street or across the globe he will be right there all the way. We are anxiously awaiting the day when the boxes are unpacked and we can invite him and his wife over for a THANK YOU dinner! And we hope it will be just the first of many in the years to come.
