I'm a resident of Orange County and know the area inside out. I have a strong network of connections in many different professions - from mortgage brokers to plumbers, from restaurant proprietors to theater and hotel managers. I attend many of the neighborhood association meetings to keep up with the changing dynamics of all areas of the city. I'm well connected in the community and also attend many charity and philanthropic events, especially those involving children, the American Cancer Society, Smile Network and more.

Investing in real estate successfully requires lots of training and research. You need to know what sells where and for how much. I'm well trained on all of these things and have contacts with connections to ensure all of our deals are closed. The ability to create a deal to suit every situation is the key to success in this business. That is what I do best! There is a buyer for every home out there and my expertise is to find the best deals and connect the two.
