She helped us in every way without being a pest. She is super friendly and very easy to talk to. She answered all our questions and when on occasion she didn't know the answer she went and found the answer promptly. Excellent to work with. We were buying our retirement home on Cape Cod only owning 1 home for 40 years. She showed us several houses but none were exactly what we wanted. She told us not to worry, Our dream home was out there. 2 days later Beverly called and said I found your home. She showed it and it was perfect. I guess she called other Zip agents and a Alan Hunter was just going to list a house..She made the whole buying process so easy and we are happily in our new home. The bonus being we are getting a rebate check for Zip. If anyone asks me what agency and agent they recommend, I will happily say Beverly and Zip. Thanks for making buying our home so easy.
