Letitia is the absolute best agent I have EVER delt with. She provides me with the information that I need, and then let me make my own decisions.
She is never pushy or overbearing - which I cannot tolerate, and I have dropped more agents than I can count on that basis alone.
She is definately a professional and in my book is rated #1.

WOW!!! Ms. Letitia Mitchell was the best person I could have ever meet. She was very perfessional I really enjoyed meeting and having the business relationship with her, from start to finish she was there she was even with me when I was in Philadelphia she kept in touch with me while I was conducting my search from there. If I were to purchase another home I would want her as my agent again.
