The best, trust me, when I met jim he could hardly walk he always say I'm gonner find u and ur kids a home he was always persistent I never sent him a list and he tel me we can't go the next day , we make several offer but out bid this time a perfect home could never ask for more at this price, Iproud to say I'm happy . More attention needs to be paid to detail. There is quite a bit of damage to the home we bought and we were not told about it until a tenant moved in. Animal feces and urine stains all over the carpet so bad that the carpet is ruined and needs replacing. Door frames (Architraves) have been chewede by an animal (possibly a dog) from the floor level up to two feet high. Front door frame work is damaged and looks like it has been kicked in. Garage door opener had been stolen by previous tenants or burgled but completely ripped out the the roof. We had to buy a complete new system. Not one of these things were mentioned to us by Jim. I specifically asked Jim in an email to check the carpet carefully. I told him that a friend had seen red stains on the carpet while looking through the window. Jim went out and took some more photos and told us the carpet looked new condition and there were no stains at all. I think he has a sight problem as the whole carpet needs replacing and now we have to get a loan to do this when we paid cash for the house so we did not need to have a mortgage. I know we got the house at a very good price and I'm not complaining about the purchase but, more attention needs to be paid to detail so Jim can pass this on to his customers. We are overseas buyers and really needed to rely on Jim to be our eyes and ears. It also took me 9 emails including writing in full capital letters to get my wifes name put onto the contract instead of a name he picked up out of an email address that was not her real name. We were asked at the very start to supply our full names and addresses on a form which I did. Everything from then on came back to us with a fictitious name for my wife and when I complained about it to Jim, he said he would change it - then the very next document came out to us with the wrong name on it. I had to get very loud in my typing to get it to sink in. After all this, the other agent representing the bank Jeff was also aware the name was wrong on all documents and he sent the contract to the bank anyway (after I clearly said not to). He claims he sent it before my email but I can't see that being correct. Anyway, it took an abnormal amount of effort and time to get the correctly spelled name of my wife to be added to the contract and in the end it was added on an addendum and not the contract itself. Very substandard and proves that some people are incapable or unwilling to read someones entire email but instead skip through as they are busy. Well the end result is substandard.
