Teri was very helpful and knowledgeable In dealing with us. She set up homes that were very favorable to our relocation to Arizona. I would recommend her to any of my friends/associates. She was friendly and made us feel welcome to area. Very professional!

Although Teri was professional and had good negotiating skills, we felt she lacked in the areas of Trustworthiness and Dedication. On occasion when meeting with us she always had a reason to get away never seeing through the fruition of the project. As a Realtor Teri knows the time it takes to complete things, therefore should have planned better when it came to meeting with us. Teri did not find this home for us, we found it and we were always communicating with the sellers Realtor instead of Teri, he responded to us in a timely manner and was able to correct the problem right away. Teri was not available when we needed her and most of the time only communicated through emails. This is our third home in the valley and the people who were really dedicated to this process we felt were the mortgage lenders. We also had more communication with them versus Teri. In our opinion, Realtors fall below used car salesmen when it comes to Trustworthiness and Dedication. Realtors make a lot of money off of the sale and for that type of money should display at best better Responsiveness, Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Trustworthiness and Dedication. If asked, we will neither recommend or not recommend Zip Realty. We did not have the best experience using Zip Realty.
