Originally contacted by another Zip representative, no effort was made to schedule house viewings for 2-1/2 weeks. Once Tondra Dixon took over my search, Tondra did more for me in two DAYS than the previous representative had done in 2-1/2 weeks! Tondra was very cooperative, accommodating, communicative, and listened to our requests for seeing various properties that were listed for sale. She does an excellent job of representing Zip Realty and is extremely helpful to a first time home buyer!
