I don't think we could've found a better realtor to work with. By far, she exceeded our expectations. She was the only person who didn't fail us some time in the home buying process. She was prompt at answering any questions we had and was always ahead of the game on when to get things done. In fact she made sure other people in the deal got things done when they were slacking. Katherine went out of her way numerous times for us and often did things she didn't have to. Katherine is also very knowledgeable with homes in the area and what to watch out for. We highly recommend her!!!
