THIS IS THE THIRD HOME I PURCHASE THROUGH VICTOR SWEIDA. MY FIRST WAS A CONDO, TRADITIONAL RESALE, FOR MY PRIMARY RESIDENCE; THE SECOND, AN INVESTMENT HOME WHICH WAS A BANK OWNED FORECLOSURE AND NOW THIS PROPERTY WHICH WAS A SHORT SALE. IN EACH CASE I NEVER DOUBTED FOR A MINUTE THAT VICTOR HAD MY BEST INTEREST IN MIND THROUGHOUT EVERY TRANSACTION. HE TRULY WAS MY AGENT REPRESENTING ME THE BUYER AND PROTECTING ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY FROM START TO FINISH. I NEVER ONCE HAD REASON TO BELIEVE THAT VICTOR WAS MOTIVATED BY NOTHING LESS THAN THE ACHIEVEMENT OF MY GOALS AND MY OBJECTIVES, AND NOT PUSHING TO CLOSE A DEAL SO HE COULD GET PAID.
