Marti really knows the area and kept us up on the latest listings. At one point we dealt with a less-than-honest seller, and when that became apparent Marti spent hours on the phone and computer making sure we got our earnest money back. We couldn't be happier with our new home!

From Day One, Marti was there to help us find the right home for us. Since we were first-time buyers, she educated us on the process, what to expect and what questions to ask. She kept us apprised of all negotiations with the seller, was timely with paperwork, and responded immediately to questions and concerns. Throughout the process, there was daily contact. When there were problems with our loan officer and mortgage company, she negotiated with them on our behalf. We give Marti our highiest possible rating!
